رابطة معونه لحقوق الإنسان تختتم مشاركتها الفاعلة في القمة العالمية الثانية للتنمية الاجتماعية – الدوحة 2025

اختتمت أمس في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة أعمال القمة العالمية الثانية للتنمية الاجتماعية (#WSSD2) التي نظمتها الأمم المتحدة خلال الفترة من 4 إلى 6 نوفمبر 2025، بمشاركة رؤساء دول وحكومات، وممثلي المنظمات الدولية، ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص، والمجتمع المدني، من مختلف دول العالم.
وقد شاركت رابطة معونه لحقوق الإنسان والهجرة (AMHRI) بوفد يضم خمسة أعضاء برئاسة الأستاذ فضل عامر، المدير التنفيذي للرابطة، بمشاركة اربعة من أعضاء فريق الرابطة العامل في قضايا المجتمع المدني وتمكين الشباب.
ما رابطة معونه : صوت الشباب والمجتمعات المهاجرة في المحافل الدولية
جاءت مشاركة الرابطة لتؤكد الدور المحوري للشباب العربي والمجتمعات المهاجرة في تشكيل مستقبل التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المستدامة، من خلال طرح رؤى ومداخلات ركزت على:
• تعزيز الإدماج الاجتماعي وضمان عدم ترك أحد خلف الركب.
• التمكين الاقتصادي للشباب والنساء وخلق فرص عمل منتجة ولائقة.
• تطوير حلول مبتكرة قائمة على التكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي.
• الربط بين التنمية الاجتماعية والاستدامة البيئية في إطار أهداف التنمية المستدامة 2030.
وشارك وفد الرابطة بفعالية في منتدى المجتمع المدني وجلسات الطاولة المستديرة، وفي معرض صور اقامته منظمة طور مجتمعك اليمنية على هامش القمة ، حيث تمت مناقشة التحديات التي تواجه الدول النامية والمتأثرة بالنزاعات، والدور الحيوي للمجتمع المدني في إعادة بناء منظومات الحماية والعدالة الاجتماعية.
مخرجات القمة: نحو إعلان سياسي يعيد التأكيد على العدالة الاجتماعية
توجت أعمال القمة باعتماد “إعلان الدوحة السياسي”، الذي يشكل خارطة طريق عالمية متجددة للنهوض بالتنمية الاجتماعية، والتزمت فيه الدول والمنظمات بـ:
• دعم برامج العمل اللائق والاقتصاد الأخضر.
• تعزيز الشراكات بين الحكومات والمجتمع المدني.
• الاستثمار في قدرات الشباب كقوة محركة للتغيير.
• توسيع الحماية الاجتماعية للفئات الأكثر ضعفًا.
وقد أكدت رابطة معونه أن الشباب والمهاجرين ليسوا مجرد متلقين للسياسات العامة، بل شركاء أصيلون في صياغتها وتنفيذها، وأن تحقيق تنمية عادلة وشاملة يتطلب إشراكهم في دوائر صنع القرار على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية.

تجدد رابطة معونه لحقوق الإنسان والهجرة التزامها بمواصلة العمل من أجل:
• تعزيز حقوق الإنسان والعدالة الاجتماعية.
• تمكين المجتمعات المهاجرة والشباب للمشاركة في التنمية.
• بناء شراكات إقليمية ودولية مستدامة تدعم السلام، والتنمية، والمساواة.
وتتوجه الرابطة بالشكر لدولة قطر والأمم المتحدة وجميع الشركاء الدوليين على تنظيم هذا الحدث العالمي الهام، الذي أعاد التأكيد على مركزية الإنسان في سياسات التنمية.

AMHRI Concludes Its Active Participation in the Second World Social Development Summit – Doha 2025
Doha, Qatar | 7 November 2025
The Second World Social Development Summit (#WSSD2), organized by the United Nations from 4 to 6 November 2025, concluded yesterday in the Qatari capital, Doha, with the participation of Heads of State and Government, representatives of international organizations, private sector institutions, and civil society organizations from around the globe.
The Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration (AMHRI) took part in the summit with a delegation of five members, led by Mr. Fadel Amer, Executive Director of the Association, and including Dr. Majed Al-Hamami, along with three members of AMHRI’s team working on civil society and youth empowerment programs.
AMHRI: A Voice for Youth and Migrant Communities in Global Platforms
AMHRI’s participation reaffirmed the pivotal role of Arab youth and migrant communities in shaping the future of sustainable social and economic development. The delegation presented policy perspectives and interventions focused on:
• Strengthening social inclusion and ensuring that no one is left behind.
• Promoting economic empowerment for youth and women through productive and decent employment opportunities.
• Advancing innovative solutions driven by technology and digital transformation.
• Integrating social development with environmental sustainability in alignment with the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
The delegation actively participated in the Civil Society Forum, roundtable sessions, and a visual arts exhibition organized by the Yemeni initiative Develop Your Community on the sidelines of the summit, where discussions addressed the challenges facing developing and conflict-affected countries, and highlighted the essential role of civil society in rebuilding systems of social protection and justice.
Summit Outcomes: Toward a Renewed Commitment to Social Justice
The summit concluded with the adoption of the “Doha Political Declaration”, a renewed global roadmap for advancing social development. The declaration reaffirmed commitments to:
• Support programs promoting decent work and the green economy.
• Strengthen partnerships between governments and civil society organizations.
• Invest in the capacities of youth as key drivers of change.
• Expand social protection systems for the most vulnerable groups.
AMHRI emphasized that youth and migrants are not merely recipients of public policy, but essential partners in designing and implementing it. Achieving fair and inclusive development requires their engagement in decision-making processes at the national, regional, and global levels.
